Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the 7-day Winter Rejuvenation Camp organized by Amogh Traditional Ayurveda at Baga Sarahan, Himachal Pradesh.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payment is non-refundable, except in cases where the camp is canceled by Amogh Traditional Ayurveda.
Participants must provide accurate personal and health information during registration.
The program includes Yoga, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and Counseling sessions. Participants must consult their physician before attending if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
Participants are responsible for informing staff about any allergies, injuries, or conditions that may affect participation.
Amogh Traditional Ayurveda is not liable for any health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
Participants are expected to follow instructions given by program facilitators for safety and effective participation.
Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
While every effort is made to ensure safety, Amogh Traditional Ayurveda is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the camp.
Participants attend all activities at their own risk.
Participant information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Photos, videos, or testimonials taken during the camp may be used for promotional purposes unless participants explicitly opt out.
Amogh Traditional Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel the camp due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, low enrollment).
In case of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be refunded the paid amount.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.
By registering for the Winter Rejuvenation Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
