Your registration is confirmed only after full payment of the camp fee.

Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15–29 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the camp start date are non-refundable, due to pre-arranged logistics, accommodation, and personalized arrangements.
In the unlikely event that Amogh Traditional Ayurveda cancels the camp (due to natural disasters, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
Amogh Traditional Ayurveda is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.
Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to 15 days before the camp start date, subject to approval by Amogh Traditional Ayurveda.
Any advance payments for optional services, add-ons, or third-party experiences booked through the camp are non-refundable.
