Amogh Traditional Ayurveda Winter Rejuvenation Camp

At Amogh Traditional Ayurveda, we strive to provide a holistic and transformative experience during our 7-day Winter Rejuvenation Camp at Baga Sarahan, Himachal Pradesh. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering.

1. Payment and Confirmation
  • Your registration is confirmed only after full payment of the camp fee.

  • Payment can be made via [insert payment methods].

2. Cancellation by Participant
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15–29 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the camp start date are non-refundable, due to pre-arranged logistics, accommodation, and personalized arrangements.

3. Cancellation by Organizer
  • In the unlikely event that Amogh Traditional Ayurveda cancels the camp (due to natural disasters, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund of the paid amount.

  • Amogh Traditional Ayurveda is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.

4. Transfer of Registration
  • Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to 15 days before the camp start date, subject to approval by Amogh Traditional Ayurveda.

5. Non-Refundable Items
  • Any advance payments for optional services, add-ons, or third-party experiences booked through the camp are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund
